The Name

The distinct name ZOYA is an acronymic creation of the Hackney Learning Trust HR team.

Database of Educational Establishments

The Software includes a database of schools, local authorities and academy trusts provided freely by the Department for Education under the Open Government Licence for public sector information.

Licence for pChart Library

The pChart library is bundled with the Software for the purpose of rendering graphical charts. GNU GPLv3 license (General Public License) applies. This licence allows HRMISolutions Ltd to freely integrate this library in applications, modify the code and redistribute it in bundled packages as long as the above free distribution licence terms apply.

Licences for Shutterstock Images

The Software includes images purchased by HRMISolutions Ltd under a non-exclusive, non-transferable 'Standard Image License' from Shutterstock. The Standard Image License grants HRMISolutions Ltd the right to use licenced images as a digital reproduction, including on websites.

Intellectual Property

The Software is created for XYZ HR using the resources of HRMISolutions Ltd. The software is authored by HRMISolutions Ltd which is responsible for the skill and judgement required to set up and normalise data in the relational database underpinning the Software, the authentication of information entered and the design and underlying programming of the web based graphical user interfaces.
